The Brazoria-Fort Bend MUD #3 2022 Tax Statements were mailed out on October 13, 2022. If you received your statement and have an escrow set up with your mortgage company, please contact your mortgage company to confirm their payment will be made by January 31, 2023. If you have not received your statement you may contact our office at 713-688-3855 or check the status of your account on our website, www.utilitytaxservice.com. All property taxes are due prior to January 31, 2023 to avoid any penalties & interest.
If you do not have an escrow set up with your mortgage company and you did not receive a copy of your statement please contact the tax office. You may submit payment for your Brazoria-Fort Bend MUD #3 taxes either by mail to 11500 Northwest Freeway, Ste 150, Houston, TX 77092 or via our website at www.utilitytaxserice.com. On the website there are payment options for either ACH payment or Credit Card.
